2. Petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302 and 120(B) of the IPC.

3. Initially, an U.D. case was registered with regard to the death of the deceased. During enquiry, it was found that the death was due to asphyxia and shock as result of strangulation and accordingly an FIR was registered against the petitioner and other co-accused persons.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is the wife of the deceased and only on suspicion she along with other co-accused persons have been implicated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59003 of 2025(3) dt.03-11-2025 2/2 this case. As a matter of fact, the husband of the petitioner committed suicide on 07.06.2024 for that an U.D. Case was lodged and after a lapse of one year, police filed the present case against the petitioner and other co-accused person. He further submits that the petitioner and the deceased were working at Delhi and a quarrel took place between the petitioner and the deceased due to the which the deceased committed suicide. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-II, Kishanganj in connection with Bibiganj P.S. Case No. 08 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
