JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-09-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a supplementary affidavit showing payment of a sum of Rs. 42,590/- by way of E-Challan in connection with the stamp duty before the Registration Department, Bhojpur at Ara dated 27.05.2019 for the purposes of registration of a sale deed, which is annexed in the supplementary affidavit.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the stamp duty has already been deposited on 27.05.2019 but the Sub-Registrar, Ara at Bhojpur is not taking steps for registering the documents in question. Having regard to the short prayer made by the learned

Patna High Court CWJC No.18532 of 2019(3) dt.20-09-2019 2/2 counsel appearing for the petitioner, the present writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the Sub-Registrar, Ara at Bhojpur to ensure registration of the sale deed in question, in accordance with law, if there is no other impediment. In case the Sub-Registrar, Ara, Bhojpur finds that the documents are not in order or there is some impediment, as per the provisions of law, then he would pass a reasoned order for denial of registration of the sale deed in question.
