4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and AC to AAG-14 for the State.
5. It appears, case of the petitioner was considered by Justice Uday Sinha Committee vide order dated 09.09.2010, Annexure-2 pursuant thereto payments have not been released in favour of the petitioner and for release of such payment representation
Patna High Court CWJC No.2282 of 2011 dt.27-03-2015 2/2 dated 26.10.2010, Annexure-3 has been filed.
6. Let representation dated 26.10.2010, Annexure-3 be disposed of by the Civil Surgeon, Lakhisarai in accordance with law and if any payment is found due to the petitioner, such payment be made within a period of one month from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order before the Civil Surgeon, Lakhisarai.
