JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-05-2023 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a Miscellaneous Case No. 19 of 2022, before the learned Court of SubDivisional Magistrate, Mohania, hence the same be directed to be disposed off expeditiously.

Having regard to the limited prayer of the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to direct the SubDivisional Magistrate, Mohania to dispose off the proceedings of the aforesaid Miscellaneous Case No. 19 of 2022, in case the same has not already been disposed off, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, after hearing the affected parties, within a period of six weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
