2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Amaur P.S. Case no.223 of 2025 registered under Sections 126(2),121, 121(1), 122, 118(1), 103(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, fifteen accused persons including the petitioners herein came to the house of the informant variously armed and started abusing the informant and his family members. On protest, accused Muzaffar assaulted the informant's husband and father-in-law with iron rod due to which they sustained injures. It is further alleged that other co-accused also indulged in assault.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits at the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56969 of 2025(2) dt.29-08-2025 2/2 outset that the petitioners are the females belonging to the same family and there is no overt act alleged against them. There is general and omnibus allegation levelled against them. It is accused Muzaffar who had assaulted the informant's husband causing grievous injuries. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent and undertake to co-operate in case/trial.

5. The application for anticipatory bail is opposed by learned A.P.P. for the State.

In view of the entire facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the all the petitioners are the females having no criminal antecedent, it is directed that the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks, be released on anticipatory bail in connection with Amaur P.S. Case no.223 of 2025 on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure/Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S, 2023.
