JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH) 16-07-2015 The appellant seeks permission to withdraw the appeal as becoming infructuous in view of judgment dated 18th October, 2014, passed in Title suit No. 03 of 2005, by the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna. The appellant submits that her grievances have substantially been redressed. In the circumstances, the prayer for the appellant is allowed and the appeal is dismissed as such.
It will be open for respondents to take resort to remedy under the law for relief.
