In this case, the petitioner has prayed for quashing of an order passed by the District Teachers Appellate Authority, East Champaran. In sum and substance, the dispute is in respect of appointment to a post of Shiksha Mitra. Since during pendency of the writ petition, the post of Shiksha Mitra has already been abolished, no purpose would be served in passing order in the writ petition. The writ petition stands disposed of.
