1. The present writ petition has been filed for directing the Circle Officer, Ekangarsarai, District-Nalanda at Biharsharif, to remove the encroachment in question, made over public land/Gairmajarua land, appertaining to Khata No.436, Khesra No.1340, situated at Mauza-Aungari, CircleEkangarsarai, District-Nalanda at Biharsharif.

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Ekangarsarai, District-Nalanda at Biharsharif, for redressal of his grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands
