JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 25-04-2016 Heard Sri Sarvadeo Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri M. Haque, learned A.P.P. At the very outset , it was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that though the order of cognizance was passed on 15.1.2013 till date charge has not been framed. After some argument, he makes a prayer for withdrawal of the present petition, so that, the petitioners may raise the points, which have been raised in the present petition before the court below at the stage of charge.

The prayer is allowed.
