Despite remand by the Divisional Commissioner, Patna in Arms Appeal No. 89 of 2014, the petitioner's application for grant of licence, which was rejected earlier, has not been re-considered by the licensing authority till date as it is contended on behalf of the petitioner that no final order has been passed as yet.
