JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate direction or writ or writs, directions, commanding the Respondents to enhance the retirement age of petitioner's husband consequential benefits from 60 to 62 years and subsequently enhance from 62 years to 65 years who belong to the same Bihar Health Service Cadre. The identical issue involved have been decided in C.W.J.C.

No. 12057 of 2011 and other analogous case on 14.02.2012 and thereafter the matter was considered by a Division Bench of this Court

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no.2, i.e. the Principal Secretary, Health Department, Government of Bihar, Patna for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed, within a period of two weeks from today, the respondent no.2 shall dispose off the same by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
