The petitioner is in custody since 13.04.2019 in connection with Dumariyaghat P.S. Case No. 71/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)a,26/35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that so far as the recovery of motorcycle is concerned, the petitioner has nothing to do with it and it was found parked in the campus of the Math. It is further submitted that the alleged recovery of arms has also been saddled on his shoulder and the petitioner has nothing to do with the same. Apart from this case, he has one case of Arms Act in which he is on bail.

Case No. 71/2019.
