2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 435 of 2025 dated 20.04.2025 registered for the offence punishable under Section 108 of the Bharatiya Nayay Sanhita, 2023.

3. The prosecution case, in short, is that the informant has alleged that his brother committed suicide by hanging himself. It is further alleged that her brother and his wife always used to quarrel with each other and due to this reason, her brother hanged himself.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this

It is further submitted that the petitioner has been made accused in this case only on the basis of suspicion and except suspicion there is no material evidence against the petitioner. Further, it is submitted that post-mortem reveals that the deceased died of asphyxia due to hanging. Lastly, it has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 20.04.2025, having no criminal antecedents and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.

5. Learned A.P.P for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Patna City in connection with Alamganj P.S.
