The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code.
Accusation is of realizing Rs. 2,50,000/- from the informant for providing employment in the school. Subsequently, appointment letter was issue for the post of teacher, which was found to be forged.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is nothing on record to suggests that the payment was given to the petitioner or alleged appointment letter was issued by the petitioner. It is submitted that the informant has retracted from the initial version and filed a
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37002 of 2015 (2) dt.14-09-2015 petition to that effect before learned court below. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 234 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
