1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this writ application is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ / writs, order / orders, direction to the respondent authority no. 1 to 5 for immediate removal of encroachment over the public land detailed in paragraph no.4 of this application which has forcibly been encroached by respondent no.6 creating serious trouble and problem to the public in general and petitioner in particular."

2. Though the learned counsel for the respondent-

Patna High Court CWJC No.15553 of 2014(3) dt.08-05-2024 2/2 State has submitted that the encroachment in question has stood removed, however, the same is disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, hence he seeks liberty to approach the Circle Officer, Basantpur, District-Siwan for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
