The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. Later on section 302 of the IPC was also added.

The informant named the petitioner along with other accused persons. It is alleged that on the order of petitioner coaccused Abhimanyu Kumar assaulted Mukesh Prasad, father of the informant, with iron rod on his head. Mukesh Prasad died. No allegation of assault is made against the petitioner. Similarly situated two accused, who are of course female, have already been enlarged on bail. The petitioner is in jail since 27.06.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36797 of 2015 (2) dt.25-08-2015 2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Rampur P.S. Case No. 115 of 2012.
