ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 05-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 08.02.2019 in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No.74 of 2011 registered for the offence under Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the petitioner had been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail in Cr.Misc. No.22589 of 2013, but due to some unforeseen circumstances, he could not surrender in the court below nor could he furnish his bail bond, as a result of which, he was taken into custody and has been languishing in jail. It is submitted that the petitioner will now take all necessary steps to furnish the bail bond and in view of the earlier consideration having been given by this Court, he may

It is submitted and is on record that the Block Education Officer has submitted a report that the D.C. bills have been submitted by the petitioner and others. It is further submitted that the petitioner is willing to co-operate in the trial and be present as and when required. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner had earlier been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, District-Aurangabad, in connection with Haspura P.S.
