JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Gaurichak Police Station Case No. 191 of 2016, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 448, 354(B), 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the parties has submitted that the parties, who happen to be the agnates, have settled their dispute by way of compromise outside the court. Statement to that effect has been made paragraph-4 of the supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the petitioners deserve the privilege of anticipatory bail.

No.8040 of 2017 (8) dt.04-07-2017 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Patna City, in connection with Gaurichak Police Station Case No. 191 of 2016, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
