It is informed by learned counsel,
Patna High Court CWJC No.9484 of 2017 dt.19-07-2017 2/2 appearing on behalf of the Central Board of Secondary Education (hereinafter referred to as the 'CBSE') that the correction, which the petitioner sought for in his Senior School Certificate, based on Senior School Certificate Examination, 2014, has been approved by the CBSE. He informs this Court, on the basis of instruction from the CBSE, that if the petitioner deposits the original certificates, issued by the CBSE, correction in which is being sought for in the present application along with correction fee, if any, the corrected certificate shall be issued in favour of the petitioner through the School, i.e., River Valley School Anand Vihar, Begusarai, Bihar.
3. The earlier rejection, made by the CBSE, shall not come in the way while issuing corrected certificate to the petitioner, in terms of submission made on behalf of the CBSE.

With the aforesaid observation, the application stands disposed of.
