The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No.411 of 2012 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is vague and omnibus. No specific allegation has been attributed to him. Learned counsel also submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents as has been stated in paragraph 9 of the petition. Considering the aforementioned submissions, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11465 of 2013 (8) dt.06-08-2015 2/2 before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No.411 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
