JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-08-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The prosecution case is that 14 years old daughter of the informant, namely, Neha Kumari was abducted by her brother-inlaw Pankaj Kumar and other co-accused Bipin Kumar when the informant went to make complaint about the same then this petitioner being aunt of co-accused Bipin Kumar abused him and threatened to assault. It is alleged that co-accused Pankaj Kumar, who happens to be son-in-law of the informant abused and torture another daughter of the informant Sulekha Kumari, who was earlier married with Pankaj Kumar.

Considering the thrust of accusation against Bipin Kumar and Pankaj Kumar non-petitioners and the petitioner being

No.35413 of 2015 (2) dt.18-08-2015 2/2 lady, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No.145 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
