JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-12-2023 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has stated that this Court's order dated 31.08.2021 passed in CWJC No. 7631 of 2016, violation of which has been alleged in the present contempt application, has been complied with. He has, however, a grievance that the calculation based on on which the payments have been made to the petitioner, has not been furnished to the petitioner. He submits that the opposite party no. 04 may be directed to furnish to the petitioner, the calculation done for determination of the amount, which has been paid to the petitioner, so that the petitioner may raise his

2. This contempt proceeding stands dropped with an observation that let calculation made by respondent no. 04 for determination of the admissible amount for payment to the petitioner be supplied to him within eight weeks from today.

3. It goes without saying that the petitioner shall have liberty to represent the competent authority in case he finds any discrepancy in the calculation.

4. This contempt proceeding accordingly stands dropped.
