The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is the husband. The marriage was solemnized in the year 1995. The petitioner was directed to pay maintenance of Rs. 750/- per month, but on account of poverty he could not pay maintenance to his wife. The petitioner is in jail since 12.04.2015 and has already remained in jail for about five months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
