1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) An appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondents to remove the encroachment made upon the Gairmajrua Land having Khata no. 04, Khesra No. 113, Area 78 Decimals in Mauza Singhpur in the District- East Champaran which has blocked the sewerage leading to inundation of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15700 of 2014(3) dt.08-05-2024 2/2 locality may be issued."

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Raxaul, East Champaran for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate petition is filed by the petitioner under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, within a period of four weeks from today, the respondent no.3 shall examine the same and take appropriate action, in accordance with law and after hearing the affected parties, forthwith.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
