The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that his bags were stolen by two persons who were watching the bags.

It is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement. The stolen articles were recovered from the room of Kanhaiya Kumar. The petitioner is in jail since 11.05.2015 and has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39261 of 2015 (2) dt.01-09-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Sangita Rani, the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna in Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 162 of 2015.
