Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 350 of 2012 registered under Sections-363, 364, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Since co-accused Binod Prasad @ Binod Prasad & others, having more or less similar allegation, have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this court, let the petitioner named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Minapur P.S.
