It transpires from the petitioner that the petitioner has filed the present writ application seeking direction for the respondent for payment of retiral dues, who retired from the village level worker from the office of Block Development Officer, Barauli, Gopalganj on 30.04.2021. It appears from Annexure-2 that representation has been filed before the B.D.O ( respondent No. 3) by the petitioner but till date no decision has been taken in the present facts and circumstances the B.D.O, Barauli is directed to calculated the entire pensionary

Patna High Court CWJC No.14923 of 2022(2) dt.25-01-2023 2/2 benefits of the petitioner which is payable to him and do all the needful so that the payment be made to the petitioner in his account within ten weeks from today..

With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
