11. 22-06-2016 Sri Prabhakar Jha, learned counsel, who appears on behalf of respondent/Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank, in presence of learned counsel for petitioners, intends to file counter affidavit. It may be filed in Registry. He submits that as per averment made in the counter affidavit, the relief, which has been sought for in the present writ petition, has already been granted long back in the year 2011.
In view of submission made by learned counsel for
Patna High Court CWJC No.3024 of 2011 (11) dt.22-06-2016 2/2 the respondent/Gramin Bank, there is no reason to keep the matter pending.
