The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 379, 435 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 17 C.L.A. Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the co-accused having more or less similar allegation has already been granted regular bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 7775 of 2012 and the case of this petitioner stands of similar footing. No T.I.P. has been held as yet and the petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 25.05.2017. Hence, the

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-1st, Jamui in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 132 of 2005.
