JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 30-08-2019 The petitioner being aggrieved with the manner in which the mapping register for identifying nutrient area was prepared, made a complaint before the concerned District Programme Officer, who, finding the allegation to be of some substance, sought some information from the concerned C.D.P.O. The concerned C.D.P.O., it has been alleged, is sitting tight over the matter and is not submitting his/her report to the concerned District Programme Officer to take action in that regard.

Under the aforesaid circumstances, this Court

Patna High Court CWJC No.16818 of 2019(2) dt.30-08-2019 2/2 directs the petitioner to make a fresh complaint now before the C.D.P.O. of the concerned area, who shall, after hearing the petitioner and other stakeholders, pass an order in accordance with law within a period of thirty days from the receipt of such complaint. The order shall be in the nature of a report which was sought from him/her by the concerned District Programme Officer. In the event of such report being formulated, the concerned District Programme Officer shall take it into account and pass orders in accordance with law. If the petitioner feels aggrieved, he will have the option to challenge the aforesaid decision before the concerned Divisional Commissioner under the new guidelines of 2019.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
