The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution, it is a case of robbery and looted Laptop, mobile, purse.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and committed no offence and has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. petitioner has purchased the looted articles from the co-accused namely Pardeep Mukhiya. Petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 18.02.2022.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61352 of 2022(3) dt.07-02-2023 2/2 Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 202 of 2021, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Supaul.
