JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 21-06-2018 The petitioner filed the present writ application against the order of his posting as Headmaster in non-existent school. By order dated 25.02.2011 this Court has indicated that the Officer should be taken to task for posting the petitioner in a non-existent school. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he has no instruction on the point.

This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to see that the petitioner, if he is still in job, be posted in existing school if not posted as yet.
