The petitioner seeks bail Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 255 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted Pradip Yadav with Pharsa on his head along with two accused persons, Pradip Yadav died. Prayer for bail of similarly situated co-accused Ram Prasad Yadav @ Ram Pd. Yadav has already been rejected vide orders passed in Cr. Misc. No. 635 of 2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
