2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. 59 liters of foreign liquor has been recovered from poultry farm of co-accused Gautam Kumar.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the nature of allegation and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61499 of 2023(2) dt.16-10-2023 2/2 each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No. II-cum-A.D.J., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Excise Case No. 473 of 2023, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
