The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 30.5.2016 in Chautham P.S. Case No. 62 of 2016 registered for the offence under Section 379, 414/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that on false accusation of recovery of stolen motorcycle petitioner along with one another was arrested. He submits that petitioner is having clean antecedent and said fact has been stated in paragraph no. 3 of the petition.

Case No. 62 of 2016.
