The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No. 51 of 2015 registered under Sections 302, 201/34 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is no material in the case diary against the petitioner. He has been made accused in the case only on the basis of suspicion.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31643 of 2017 (4) dt.23-08-2017 2/2 a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Benipatti in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No. 51 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
