The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case no. 119 of 2016, registered under Sections 341, 323, 325 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that on 22.07.2016 both the petitioners along with Mukesh Choudhary and Puja Kumari came at the door of informant variously armed with weapon and asked to open the door, when informant opened the door then petitioner Vikash Choudhary gave 'Garasa' blow on the head of the informant. When daughter of the informant rushed to save him then Mukesh Choudhary caused injury to his daughters.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the injuries as found on the person of the informant are simple in nature.

No.43557 of 2016 (2) dt.06-10-2016 2/2 Further submission is that due to grudge and enmity occurrence took place in which petitioner No.1 was abused regarding which SC/ST Case No. 13 of 2015 was instituted under section 147, 149, 341, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 3(I)(x)(xi) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act and Sections 3 and 4 of the Prevention of Witch (Daain) Practices Act against the informant and others. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 119 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
