2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Rajepur P.S.Case No.02 of 2017 registered for an offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
3. The case has been registered on the basis of written report submitted before SHO of Rajepur P.S. wherein it is alleged that on getting information police party reached at the place of occurrence and recovered loaded country made fire arm and some empty cartridges from the place of occurrence in presence of witnesses. The local people assembled at the place of occurrence disclosed the name of these petitioners who allegedly caused firing and left the arms at the place of occurrence.
4. On perusal of FIR and documents on record, it appears
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31021 of 2017 (3) dt.11-07-2017 2/2 that the alleged country made fire arm and empty cartridges were recovered from the Darwaja of Radha Mohan Singh who is the informant of Rajepur P.S.Case No.03 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 504, 341, 323, 324, 307, 326 and 386 of the IPC and 27 of the Arms Act. The present case relates to same occurrence and the petitioners have been cited as accused in both the cases.

In view of the aforesaid facts, let the above named three petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Rajepur P.S.Case No.02 of 2017/G.R.No.163 of 2017 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Motihari, East Champaran subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
