2. The petitioner has challenged the order of appointment/selection Letter No. 154 issued by the Child Development Officer, respondent no. 6 on 13.04.2015 to the respondent no. 7 on the post of Anganbari Sevika (Annexure-2).
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner placed at serial no. 1 in the merit list and the name of the respondent no. 7 at serial no. 2 but, the respondent no. 7 has been appointed. The petitioner filed representation before the Sub-
Patna High Court CWJC No.11675 of 2015 dt.29-08-2017 Divisional Magistrate, Madhubani and the District Programme Officer, Madhubani but her representation has not yet been disposed of.

Having considered the facts that the representation of the petitioner is pending, I am disposing of this writ petition with a direction to the District Programme Officer, Madhubani to hear the petitioner and respondent no. 7 on the representation of the petitioner, if already filed, and if the same is not filed as yet, the petitioner shall file representation before the District Programme Officer, Madhubani and thereafter, the District Programme Officer, Madhubani after hearing the petitioner and respondent no. 7 Umme Habeeba, who is working on the post of Anganbari Sevika, will dispose of the same within a period of three months. If the petitioner is at all aggrieved by the order of the District Programme Officer, Madhubani, she may proceed in accordance with law.
5. With these observations, this writ petition is disposed of.
