The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Chandan P.S. Case No. 35 of 2010, registered under Section 436 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that Abrun Bibi (petitioner) and Nasruddin Ansari set fire in the house of own brother. When the informant and other co-villagers reached there then saw both persons fleeing away from there saying to implicate the villagers.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, none had seen the occurrence of putting fire at the house of petitioner but with ulterior motive the petitioner has falsely been
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54322 of 2019(2) dt.29-08-2019 2/2 implicated in this case and petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Chandan P.S. Case No. 35 of 2010, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
