JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-08-2018 The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Rohtas P.S. Case No. 221 of 2017, registered for offences punishable under Sections 366(A) and 372 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that she has falsely been implicated in this case, which will appear from the fact that the instant case has been lodged after eighteen days of occurrence and further the girl in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has not alleged anything against the petitioner.

No.43712 of 2018 (2) dt.21-08-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Dehri-on-Sone, Rohtas, in connection with Rohtas P.S. Case No. 221 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
