JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners seek anticipatory bail as they apprehend arrest in Complaint Case No.488 of 2014 pending in the Court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad. Since the matter arises out of a Complaint Case, in my opinion petitioners' case is covered by a decision of this Court reported in 2015(3) BBCJ V-53 (Salim Ansari @ Md. Salim Ansari & Ors v. State of Bihar). Accordingly, this application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to appear before the court below in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37953 of 2015 (2) dt.17-09-2015 response to the summonses issued to them and seek regular bail. If they do so, the court below shall be obliged to consider the petitioners' case for grant of bail in terms of the decision of this Court in case of Salim Ansari @ Md. Salim Ansarai & Ors v. State of Bihar (supra).
