The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner no. 1 assaulted by means of iron rod on the head and hand of informant causing grievous injury to him. Petitioner no. 2 assaulted one Shravan Kumar by means of iron rod and caused grievous injury on his head. So far as petitioner no. 3 is concerned, there is no specific allegation of overt act against him.

Considering the nature of injury, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner no. 1 and 2 is refused.

No.59708 of 2022(2) dt.16-03-2023 2/2 So far as prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner no.3 namely Sinodh Yadav is concerned, since there is general and omnibus allegation against him, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, he is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai (Ramgah Chowk) P.S. Case No. 534 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
