The petitioner seeks bail in Jogbani P.S. Case no. 128/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 273, 274 of the Indian Penal Code and 18(c), 27(b)(iii) of the D and C Act. The house of the petitioner was raided and from there flargan, Dizelab, Fortween, Evil and Corex Syrup etc were recovered. The wife of the petitioner disclosed that the petitioner had brought the aforesaid medicines for selling. It is submitted that the seizure list could not bear the signature of the petitioner. Small quantity of syrup and other medicines were recovered and for that the petitioner is in jail since 23.06.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40034 of 2015 (2) dt.08-09-2015 2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Jogbani P.S.
