2. In view of the stand taken on behalf of the State and the officer present that order has been passed for redressing the grievance of the petitioner and making payment to her but the same being held up in view of her not appearing before the authority, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that she shall appear before the designated officer within two weeks from today.
3. Accordingly, it is agreed that upon the petitioner appearing before the respondent no. 6 within two weeks from today, all the remaining dues of the petitioner, in terms of letter written by the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Khagaria to the respondent no. 6 contained in Memo No. 696 dated 17.05.2017, shall be credited into the account of the petitioner within four weeks thereafter. It is further agreed that if the petitioner has any difficulty, she shall appear before the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Khagria who agrees to ensure that the grievance of the petitioner is redressed. The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
