The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Saur Bazar P.S. Case No. 424 of 2013, registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 3(i)(x) of the S.C/S.T. Act It is alleged that petitioner assaulted and abused the informant by calling his caste name.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation levelled against three accused persons, out of which police submitted Final Form in favour of two accused persons. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from today in the court below shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ashutosh Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate,
