2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 498A, 323, 341,325,384, 454 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 & 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the dispute between parties has been resolved through the process of mediation in terms of settlement mutually agreed upon by them. A copy of memorandum of agreement dated 30.1.2024 is contained in mediation report dated 2.2.2024.
4. Learned counsel for opposite party no.2 does not dispute this fact.

Considering the fact that the dispute between parties has been resolved through the process of mediation in terms of settlement mutually agreed upon by them, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let this petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in Complaint Case No. 1441C/2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
