2. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 419 of 2023, F.I.R. dated 05.10.2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 326, 307, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. According to prosecution case, on 29.09.2023 the informant alleged that his wife i.e. the petitioner threw hot rice water on the body of his father with intention to kill him thereafter, she set fire by opening gas, due to which his father sustained burn injury.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has clean antecedent and she has falsely been
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60786 of 2024(4) dt.16-04-2025 2/2 implicated in the present case. He further submits that the allegation as alleged in the F.I.R. is false and fabricated and the petitioner has not committed any offences as alleged in the F.I.R.
5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner submits that from the bare perusal of the FIR it appears that there is specific allegation against the petitioner that she threw hot rice water on his father-in-law and the injury report suggest that her father-in-law has sustained 18% burn injury around head, left side chest and face and apart from that injury is grievous in nature.

Considering the allegation and the fact that there is specific allegation against the petitioner supported by medical evidence, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 419 of 2023 pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Vaishali at Hajipur.
