This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 406, 420, 384, 427 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant had purchased a land through registered sale deed from this petitioner and in presence of the petitioner put a boundary wall on the purchased land. Later on some unknown persons damaged the boundary wall and started claiming possession on that land. When the informant enquired from the petitioner, petitioner was not in a position to explain properly.
Considering the aforesaid nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Habibpur P.S. Case No. 49 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36237 of 2017 (2) dt.10-08-2017 2/2 Magistrate, XII, Bhagalpur, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
