2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Palanwa P.S. Case No. 05 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(c) of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, about 3 Kg of Charas has been recovered from the petitioner who is in jail custody since 10.01.2024.

4. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the huge recovery and the allegation levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.
